Mitsubishi, a car not worth buying

I bought a Eclipse Cross. On the 15000 km service I complained about the driverside seat belt not retracting and that the battery struggle to start the car. It was noted on the invoice that it was checked and found no problem. On the 30000km service the same complaint was rissen and the same answer was given. On 45000km the same complaint and answer. 2 Days ago on the 60000km service the same complaint and answer was given. When contacting customer care the following answer was given

"Reason for this is that the driver side gets used way more than the passenger side and the return spring does lose some tension over a period of time. As such the seatbelt is in working order.

If you would like to replace the seatbelt you are more than welcome to do so but that will be for your own account."

If any car have a problem like this, it is not worth buying. After 15000km the seat belt used too many times to function properly.
