Flawless Purchase of a Vehicle From Mitsubishi East Rand

A few weeks ago I saw an Audi A4 TDi advertised for sale at Mitsubishi East Rand. I sent my Vehicle Trade In details to the Sales Manager who referred me to Shane Walters, the Used Car Salesman. Between Thursday 3rd September and Thursday 10th September, Shane kept me in the loop of what was happening in terms of preparing my Vehicle for delivery.

Drove up to Johannesburg from Durban early on Friday 11th September to pick up the Vehicle. Shane went through all the paperwork and I took delivery before 9am . The F&I Process of signing the Vehicle over to me was seamless as well. Car drove well to Durban - no issues. I have purchased MANY Vehicles before from Franchised and OE Dealerships and have always had some issue or the other. Mitsubishi East Rand - Management and Team - well done!!! Indeed you have a gem of an employee in Shane Walters.

PS: After Sales service is also phenomenal - I queried the details of the existing Tracking device on the Vehicle and was given the information promptly. Well done again.
