Does your car actually get serviced when you take
I own 2 Triton Bakkies one single cab and one double cab and I seem to get poor service on both vehicles. Single Cab I report a clutch issue from when the car was on about 15000km and was told there's nothing wrong, but as soon as car was out its service plan the clutch is defect, Funny thing is my Double Cab is under service plan and at 80 000km it to has a clutch issue and of course i'm told wear and tear but it is strange how to vehicles driven by 2 different drivers have the same problem. I have also caught the dealership not doing all their checks on both vehicles for example battery water checking was never done and when battery would not start it was discovered that there was low water and the cells where damaged, when questioned about it they admitted fault but never changed the battery for their mistake. Disc breaks changed at 50000km and now Im told at 80 000km we need to change them again or skim the discs. I am so uncomfortable with the service at this dealership that I have decided never to use them again as I don't trust them. It is a huge concern when a trust relationship is broken.
