Dishonest Repair on Mitsubishi Pajero Sport

I took my car to Mitsubishi "Cargo Motors" in Bedfordview for cables that were damaged by my dogs. they had continuity and resistance problems while testing the cables. I requested that they replace the problematic cables to eliminate the continuity problems. The told me they replaced and fixed the cables but still having issues diagnosing the faults that prevent the car to start. I went to the dealership and demanded to see the job they were billing me, to my shock they never replaced the cables, they just patched up the cables with tape... no wonder they continued to have resistance and continuity problems. I refused to pay the total invoice due to the fact that they did not do what we agreed upon.
