Disgusting service from Mitsubishi Princess Crossing
Disgusting service from Mitsubishi Service Centre Princess Crossing. My Mitsubishi ASX went for a 75000km service (still has service plan) and after 3 hours from drop off I received a call that my car is done. Upon collection I was handed an Invoice that stipulates what work was done on the car. So I opened my engine to have a look before leaving the premises. Absolutely nothing was done all they did was replaced the oil, couldn't even clean the oil they spilled on the engine cover. Nothing else was done as stipulated on the invoice, so I called the Service Adviser (Dominic Serrao) to come and inspect as the Service Manager was on leave for the day. He took some photos and said that this is unacceptable and he will speak to his Service Manager (Richard) about this situation and promised to call me the following day. After I haven't received any feedback from them the following day I called Dominic and his answer to me was, well I spoke to him and he said you should come and see him. So I drove to Mitsubishi Princess Crossing to go see this Richard. First he told me that he heard about this, then tried to come with clever stories as if I don't know anything about cars. Very arrogant with me after going back and forth with this he refused to correct his mistakes, said he would only top up the water levels, which was supposed to be done at service. This is absolutely disgusting service from such a big company, how many other people do you ******* like this as many people just get in their cars and drive away because you think the work has been done. Hope to get some feedback on this
