Boksburgs poor service

Just over a year ago I purchased a Pajero Sport from Mitsubishi Motors Boksburg.

It was a demo vehicle and I chose that one as I was assured by the salesman that it still had long unexpired service and maintenance contracts.

I was told this on two separate occasions before witnesses.

I was further informed that these contracts were electronically entered "on the system" and so no printed documents were required.

I admit that I was naive to believe this.

when I took my vehicle to a different Mitsubishi branch for a service I was informed that the service contract does exist but there is no maintenance contract on the system.

The salesman has left and ignores all communication as does Boksburg branch. The motor vehicle ombudsman has been a total waste of time.

what absolute nonsense. I stand by my original claim that I was advised upon purchase of an existing unexpired maintenance agreement. That's why I purchased the vehicle.

Easy to sort out. I will bring the two independent witnesses and we go to a mediator. I will accept his decision.
i admit being naive but your salesman ****.

as long as many people read this and I don't have to deal with Mitsubishi Boksburg ever again then I am more than satisfied
