"Recently, as in 2 weeks ago, I decided to upgrade our line because of the RWC, amongst other things. The pressure I app**** on these poor people was next level, and I don't think that they deserved the unnecessary pressure. I would just like to thank Mrs. Whiteley and Mrs. Walton for the extremely professional way in which they handled the situation and for upgrading us in less than 24 hours. We made a mistake on our side that slowed the process down. Thanks for being super professional, efficient, and for following up and through. Excellent service, ladies. Thank you all."
