Worried father

I'm referring to the mou maternity award in mitchells plain My wife went into labor on the 9th of Feb until the 10th She went Tuesday evening at 7 to mou and they said she wasn't ready only 1cm open and she should wait until 12 that nite.... Came 12 still the same nothing changed and they sed she can go home coz it will take sometime... She came home pass 12 but coz contractions at one and I had to drive her back to mou she was in labor from 2 until 7.20 with the sisters there ignoring her coz she was noisy proberly... She her water broke about 3 and the cleaner had to tell them still nothing they ignored her... The cleaner also saw her water was greenish and told the nurses that the baby ****ed inside her she waited 2 hrs for and ambulance And in that time she also told them she feels something coming out and going back in still they ignored her... Seeing that our first baby she didn't know what to do... My baby is 3 and a half months now and found out she got brain damaged from lack of oxygen on the brain... She also went the following week after she have birth and told the sister she concerned about the babies head and eyes which was bloodshot red and the sister had the decency to tell her its normal babies eyes shouldn't be white nobodies eyes is white and also told her she can go on Facebook coz that's way everybody does.. My babies head is smaller than a normal size because of the brain damage and she might never walk or talk Just wanted to know wat we can do because physio and doctors will be expensive and I'll be the only one working can we sue them for hospital bills or
