UTTERLY DISGUSTED

I would give no stars of I could become damn... HERE IS MY STORY...

This hospital has absolutely NO compassion for the elderly. My grandmother who is 92 is suffering from gangrene on her foot which is now spread to half the foot. She was told to come there 14 June 2024 I sat there from 7am till 12pm her body was sore from sitting in the wheelchair so I picked her up and put her on the bed in the trauma side. NONE of the nurses or DR'S came to check on her to ask if she is ok. They just walked passed her busy on their phones or talking and laughing they even had a radio playing in the freaking trauma unit I mean those people that comes in there is SICK they don't want to listen to a radio!!! Any way I told DR Alexander that her mouth is sore she told me I must just keep giving her the morphine just like that with out diluting it I didn't listen and started to mix it with apple juice and gave it to her with a syringe. NO help what so ever then they took blood because she had to come for a blood transfusion or a iron drip I told them she hasn't eaten in days they did nothing for her. I'm so disgusted in how they treat the elderly/Frail people. Then I had to go to the dressing room for her foot. The nurse that was there was a *** guy he told me he is alone there nobody is there to help him because they all went to a ****ing team building now who gives a **** about them being in a team building thing. I went to reception and then they told me I must speak to a Dr stemith or something like that I couldn't find that dr so we just left because my ma was in so much pain so whole of that night I never had any sleep because every 5 mins my ma called me. Something needs to be done about this damn hospital it's really disgusting. The *** nurse then told me he is going to go find another Dr or nurse to help him he was gone for a while I then decided to go and check where is this guy. He was sitting in another room laughing and chatting with another nurse swinging his legs while sitting on a desk now really now. I can't comprehend this...... YOU TAKE AN OATH WHAT DOES THE OATH STATE: That I will exercise my profession to the best of my knowledge and ability for the safety and welfare of all persons entrusted to my care and for the health and well-being of the community. That I will not knowingly or intentionally do anything or administer anything to them to their hurt or prejudice.

NOW YOU TELL ME WHY DO THEY DO THEIR JOBS IS IT JUST FOR THE BIG PAYCHECK THEY GET AT THE END OF THE MONTH??????????
