child turned away most horrible experience

<p>eeling very angry at the mitchells plain day hospital at the trauma section my Daughter was rushed to hospital and then there was no ambulance they only arrived at about 12.30 got to the new hospital in mitchells plain just to find out that they wont except my daughter they said that they cant help kids that is older then 12 years of age they assumed that she is 13 years of age but with that she is only 12 years old they wrote wrong on the paper work so for that they wont except her we had to drove back to to the day hospital to correct the forms and the doctor at night shift had to call the new hospital to ask if it is OK to send her what kind off hospital does that what if she died then we eventually got there and they took her on there was not a bed for her to lay i had to make a bed for her while she was on her drip on the floor with no drip stands in sight i asked the night shift nurse she then looked at the security guy and just continue talking i walked the hole hospital flat for a drip stand when it lays flat it doesn't drip as fast as what it is up in the air we sore a doctor Allie witch was of good help in deed very nice helpful doctor of all the experienced i had there was light at the tunnel after she came im just upset as to why SEND ANY ONE AWAY FROM A HOSPITAL no matter what the age group or the problem what if that person ,child ,elderly person dies . really now but im still not going to leave it that they have messed with the wrong mother now fealing very ****ed off </p>
