Pathetic Customer Service

WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD TO TRY AND GET HOLD OF!!! Absolutely disgusting that a company the size of MIT cannot answer the phone, average waiting time to get connected to a sales representative is 15 minutes, who in the world can do business like this!!!! Get a grip either work on your customer service or close your doors absolutely pathetic to say the least!!!
