Extremely horrible service and treatment at Misty River Guesthouse

In July this year 2019, we had my mom's birthday party at Misty River Country Venue & Guesthouse. This was the most terrible decision we could have ever made! First of all, we were not given as much attention as the other guests who happened to be white folks (yes I said it). I don't mean to make this about race but, it is what it is. There was a Caucasian lady who kept checking on the other guests and never once came to check on us. It was a very cold Winter's night and we were only given 1 wall heater while the other guests were given 4 wall heaters and our venue was much bigger than theirs. So anyway, when my husband and I left the venue; the party was still ongoing and the main gate was wide open at 1am with no security on site. My mom and her guests spent the night at the Guesthouse and when they woke up, their cars were broken into. The windows were smashed with bricks and car batteries were ******. So you're telling me, security didn't hear the car alarms go off? After much ducking and diving from the owner, he promised to compensate us for the damages to the vehicles up until last week when he sent me an email stating that his insurance only covers belongings that are lost inside the rooms and whatever is outside of the rooms is not covered by his insurance. Now, my question is who is responsible for all the damages to the vehicles?? My biggest concern is that my mom and her guests were an all women group and the burglars could have easily broken into the rooms and did the unimaginable, seeing that all the guests were just women. You see what you don't know is that, not far from this Guesthouse is an informal settlement. You would think that there would be extra security but clearly; the safety of the guests is not much of an issue to this Guesthouse and its owner Imker Hoogenhout. I would never recommend this venue to anyone even if it were the last place on Earth! The treatment/service is appalling to say the least. I would rate it zero stars but unfortunately that option is not available.
