Worst hotel & disgusting food.
Worst experience and the most disgusting food! We booked there for Easter, and it was the worst idea! We will never be back, and we would not recommend anyone else going there. Waste of money!!
It is with great embarrassed that we read your experience on Easter Sunday Lunch and unfortunately after numerous attempts we were unable to get a hold of you since 02 April (reference to email Dated 04/04/2018).
The feedback received is of utmost importance to us as we strive for maximum guest satisfaction and endeavour to improve with each and every experience. While we cannot erase the memories of that fateful Sunday, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies for the disappointing service. Please be assured that our staff have been trained on product knowledge and the wine list has been updated to prevent such issues. The concerns of the food have also been brought to the attention of our Executive Chef who has invested a great amount of time in our Menu Developments.
