The worst service I have ever received!

<p>Booked a weekend getaway. When we got to our room, the shower was crawling with insects! </p> <p>Bath water was freezing as well, so we immediately complained and asked to be moved to another room. </p> <p>Worst part is that a double booking was accidentally made , which I asked them to cancel. They blatantly refused, so I paid double the amount I should of..</p> <p>Easily the worst hotel, experience I've had.</p>
