RUDE SERVICE & cancellation of my booking
I made a birthday booking with Carnivore Restaurant about a month ago, reservation number: 440561.<br> <br> On Friday 27th November at around 14:00 I called Carnivore to notify them that the number of guests will no longer be 6 people but 3 people. They confirmed that the reservation was still on the system and made a note of my reservation.<br> <br> To my disappointment on my arrival on Saturday evening 28th November, my booking had been CANCELLED!! <br> <br> Why would I drive all the way from Boksburg to Carnivore for my sister's birthday if I cancelled the booking??? The manger or whoever he is, Ernesto, was unbelievably rude and offensive. He even had the audacity to tell me to my face that \so what if my name appears on the system

I must point out that due to the heavy volumes of business at this time of the year in the Carnivore, our reservations contact all bookings, if not pre-paid, to confirm that these will still go ahead. Several attempts were made to contact you but without success.
