MISTY HILLS IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE! SIES!

Misty Hills has been terrible from the moment we got here, I am literally writing this from my bed at 00:28am, there is a party next door - music is on full blast, we can smell the **** from our room and people are singing at the top of their voices. The rooms have zero phones and we have tried calling the ****** hotel from our room at least 18 times with no answer! We have one more night here and I am dreading the hell out of it! It al started with my sister being given a room that hotel staff knew fully well does not have a working aircon and door, literally had to move in the night and in the cold to another room. AN ENTIRE JOKE! You could literally have someone dying in your room and try to call reception and get absolutely NO RESPONSE! To add to this their carnivore dinner was an absolute insult at R285 per head! A whole joke where you get 2 pieces of meat and pap the size of a fist to share amongst 4 people! Appalling! I am not coming back here again. Spare yourselves a headache, place is like a varsity commune - anything goes, no parents are home!
