Do NOT recommend!!

Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would!!

I have complained on Google, I have sent 2 emails with no response (first email on the 13th of December and the follow up email on the 19th of December) , they are no longer answering my calls. The service is atrocious!

I have been trying to speak to a manager without any success!

My complaint in my email read as follows:

We booked room 211 from Friday, 9 December to 10 December. This room cost us R2400.00.

Upon entering our room, there was a panty hanging over the shower from the previous guest, which is DISGUSTING!

My fiancé sent 3 whatsapp messages requesting room service with no response. We eventually had to call to ask. When the food did arrive, it was bland and distasteful.

The wifi in the room keeps disconnecting.

We did not even stay for breakfast the next morning to avoid further disappointment.

Your signs are confusing, I got completely lost trying to get to the carnivore.

The service at the Gin box was very disappointing. It took an hour to receive 1 drink and to pay. The waitress came across as lazy and unbothered.

The service and food at the carnivore restaurant was extremely disappointing.

I will not be recommending this establishment to anyone and for the amount that we paid, I feel cheated.
