Disgusting Service

Wow! Where to start!! What disgusting service!

1.) Absolutely 0 service! when i mean 0, i mean coming back from a long day at 15:00 and my room was not even touched!! The ******* bags not changed! 2.) Lets not start on the food! Breakfast , wait for it R240 p/p for a disgusting breakfast, raw eggs, orders completely wrong! 3.) The staff were so rude, 4.) 1 day buffet for breakfast, the next ala carte. For the same price ? oh no covid sir, she says. 5.) Rooms were decent, but wait for it! Absolutely 0 microwaves in any shape or form on the whole premises! i have 2 children, i couldnt even warm up food for them? 6.) This place was a mess and they will not be seeing me again!
