Awful, not 4 stars

Housekeeping still busy after 3pm when we checked in. Heater was on and remote didn't work. Over an hour to get 3 toasted sandwiches of which only 2 arrived. Toastedbaconand cheese so dry it cut the gums. Beers were warm. DSTV channels have no audio. Heated pool doesn't work. Castle for kids locked down. Kids game room.converted to makeshift kitchen. Gardens a mess and water features most dont work. Very disappointing, wasted my salary
