No delivery and Money deducted

Good day<br> <br> I have a dishonest service for Misty Blue Group in Florida Roodepoort, I entered into a contract to purchase an educational software with a consultant from Misty Blue. In 2008/9 was offered an educational software for my daughter but I reiterated the fact that I wasn't working to the consultant and I cancelled the deal, months later debit orders where going through my account and I notified the company but nothing has transpired. I have received sms and calls from their call centre and I told them my side of the story and requested a signed proof of delivery to be sent to me but never happened. they sending me sms telling me how I still owed them R10137.00 but no investigation has been conducted. I want them to check who signed for the POD and the name of the consultant responsible for taking the goods at that particular time (I think his surname was Ndlovu)<br> I need to be refunded my money as I can not pay for something that I never received and jeopardised my name on ITC for someone's negligence and ********** activities.
