Having booked at the imperial hotel on 31 July and to find the hotel abandoned was shocking, they stole my money. Booked with hotels.com, account was debited, the hotel not even operational, this is very disappointing, I WILL NEVER BOOK AT ANY OF THE MISTY BLUE HOTELS EVER AGAIN, *******!
