Poor Poor Poor workmanship and customer service!!!

We purchased +/_ 40 school desks and chairs from Mistrys, in other words a LARGE order! Since January 2023 we have needed to phone Mistrys to collect broken chairs, from day 1, we have had quality issues, since day 1 of receiving our purchase, the legs break off at the fixture points. This is such poor craftsmanship! And such poor customer services! We have requested to speak to management, we have phoned and phoned and phoned! But they cannot pick up their phone to call us, we have been speaking to a number of employees, kindly requesting a recall of their 'product' but we get messages passed on through their employees!! Poor Poor Poor!!!!
