Inferior designed Misting System.

Sold an inferior product that never worked from the start. The design was not practical for the use, and the pump unit subsequently overheated, and eventually burned out. I was patient in the beginning. Misting SA advised me to replace the pump unit since they do not carry the stock of the current pump anymore. I vented my frustrations and was ignored. I was not willing to spend another R3000-R4000 on a pump unit from them. I have decided to contact a different company to assist me, they informed me that I am not the first customer complaining about Misting SA's misting pumps.
