Unhappy

I made a booking through booking.com for the Misty C Hotel on 39 Karel Street Schoemansville Hartbee****rt Dam. I had to cancel my booking which I did however there was already a prepayment deducted. Since 9 March when I did my cancelation nothing was paid when I contacted the Hotel I was told it would be done from 30 Mar and I had to wait 10 days. I followed up again 15 April to be told there was a mix up, now told to wait another 10 days. The Manager had the audacity to say had i booked through them and not through booking.com then i would have not had this issue. Instead of apologizing that's the sarcastic response I received. Why go onto a booking site if you will blame customers for not going directly through your premises for bookings. I am not happy with this!!
