<p>After selecting a product for R20 at Mister Biltong in Eastgate Mall, the cashier charged me R55 for it and swiped my card for that amount. I checked my slip and found that I had paid R55 for a product they said was only R20, I then went back into the shop and asked for a refund on the money they took extra. The owner then told me that unfortunately they cannot refund me and I will have to "pick something else" to make up for what they charged me. She was rude and extremely ****y towards myself and my boyfriend and failed to take action after her employee stole my money. I will never buy from this place again.</p>
