aggressive behaviour toward clients

She provided us with a torn old petticoat passing it off as new. When we came back to return it she physically pushed me out the showroom(in front of other customers she had) and shut the door on me saying she supp**** us something that was second hand as we didn't make as appointment. I wonder if that's how she treats all her clients our just a select few. Once she had the money she was rude and unprofessional,now we were no longer her clients, but an irritation.
