Non-supply and installation of aluminum windows

On 3 September 2018 we made an EFT into the account of Mistaglazz (East London). We agreed that Mistaglazz would supply and install a total of 9 aluminum windows together with fitting the burglar bars to them. Mistaglazz installed 5 of the agreed 9 windows. We have called on numerous occasions for Mistaglazz to come and complete the job. However up till today, 27th October 2018 Mistaglazz have not come back to finish the job after Mistaglazz agreed to complete the job today.
