Worst service ever at Mista Surge pharmaceutical

Worst experience ever & the manager Shaheed is very rude,They **** & said they have stock only to have customers pay & when you ask for your refund it becomes a huge mission they start asking if you would buy something else with the money they have.They are ****** & their service s very slow unlike their big branch City Med who are very efficient.I think Shaheed needs proper training as I discovered am not the only one they did this to ,My other collegues also experienced the same issue ,Why would a company want to keep your money & not refund it back as they don’t have what you wanted to buy
