Ridiculous service

What a ridiculous service I received ....

on the 15th of July I was sent by my mother Dr Mpho Ratshikana to go and collect some of the medicine which she had order on line , so all I had to do was just to collect and pay for the Items, a situation which should have taken me 10 minutes

When I got there I spoke to lady by the name of Pinkie who then told me that I need to get a letter from Dr Mpho to allow me to collect on her behalf, I did so but then Dr Mpho advised me that she would like to add on to her order and asked to speak to Pinkie so she can do so, but the Pinkie told me that she cant talk to her because she is busy with an order but she will call her in a minute, a minute turned to 30minutes as I sat in the waiting room listening her talking to her colleagues about an order they did which was wrong, after a while a lady came and gave me a letter which Dr Mpho had written and emailed to them so that I can collect and she advised me to go to accounts to pay, I then moved to accounts and met a lady by the name of Busi who made me stand in her office for another 15 minutes to wait for an invoice, after 15 minutes waiting for the invoice only then she told me to have a sit outside her office to continue waiting for the invoice which took another 10 minutes, Dr Mpho then called the office after I advised her that I am still awaiting the invoice, it was only then where I received a message that that I can now pay and go an collect at dispatch

When I got to dispatch, the lady there discovered that some of the staff we ordered was not included which meant I had to wait another 20 minutes before I could leave the premises with the orders.

I am speechless that's all I can say, the situation that brought me to the shop was an emergency but I found myself waiting for over an hour for something that could have take 10minutes at the most, this is so disappointing

I just wish that we could all take our jobs seriously and try put ourselves in other peoples shoes
