Poor quality of dress beading. Waiting 3 months for a dress promised in 30 to 40 days. Still no dress!

Ordered dress in middle Feb - received with top’s beading shockingly badly done. Not ANYTHING LIKE THE SAMPLE WE TRIED ON. NO apology. Doesn’t even seem to care about her reputation.

Sent beaded top back first week of May - STILL NOT RECEIVED BACK. Emails being ignored. Irritated when you phone as absolutely NO feedback is received. Promised finished dress in 30 to 40 days - it’s now 90 days. Promised to fix top in few days - allowed 2 weeks and still no top received. VERY disappointed with service and quality of work. Will NOT recommend anyone to use Lisa.
