stay away - poor quality and service

Duvet cover buttons broke on first use. Staff were unable to help at the shop as manager was busy having breakfast and he doesn't like to be interrupted. Management refused to exchange the faulty part, told me I needed to wait for it to be repaired and then travel back to collect. Decided to check the prices of the items I was about to purchase online - am now purchasing elsewhere.
