BAD QUALITY PRODUCTS

I bought a duvet cover approx 4 months ago,used it and found that the texture of the cover was very co****,I reported it to the consultant and she suggested I wash it first and then assess.Needless to say the texture is still the same,I complained again on Friday 5th February and was told they'll get back to me,which they did today,8th February,stating there's nothing they can do,I have to just live with it,sorry.<br> I'm disgusted with the attitude,I consider myself a regular as I have purchased from them quite a few times.<br> Are you clients important to you?
