Furious Client

On the 4th of Dec I transferred money to Miss J fashions for the order for two dress for me and my sister as she mentioned that her last day for orders will be the 5th of DEC,on the 22 asked her if i can get the dresses before Christmas eve and she told me the dresses will be sent the same day which was the 22nd of DEC .On the 23rd i sent her sms asking of she managed to send the dress and she said yes and i asked which post net is the parcel going and she told me she is driving he will confirm shorty which she never did.still no luck sent her messages with no response from her , when i requested a tracking number,on the 24th of Dec she responded telling me her husband was in an accident she haven't left hospital so i bought another dresses for the Christmas eve, on Monday 28th Dec i requested a tracking number as ill be leaving Tues, she still haven't got me the tracking number i called post net to try to find out if they can track the so called parcel without any tracking number with the name and cell number she claimed she used still no luck.i was forced to leave without the dresses.
