A **** baker you don't want to waste your money on

I advise people not to buy cakes at this shop it's at tower mall their place is always filthy they don't care about customers hygiene. U'll never know who the baker is it's like she/ he is hiding from someone. Secondly what annoys me the most is wasting my money on a dry cake with the flavours I didn't want. I told them via whatsapp the flavour and inside icing I wanted and the baker had no problem with that when receiving and slicing the cake it was completely a different story " the cake didn't have the flavor , icing I wanted" and was dry couldn't even enjoy the cake. The baker is a **** they only keep in contact after paying a deposit after that they will talk with you for 3min then they gone forever , they don't even informed you when they done with the cake so you can come pick it up. They just leave you in the dark and, when you arrive there they not even there. I don't know if they have a ghost baker at this Miss c cake creation or what. This shop is at Tower Mall it's the only shop that sells cakes, including chips. Im really am unhappy customer. Imagine it was my moms 51th birthday and thought everything would go smooth as planned. I want to let people that this Miss c cake creation is not worth any cent they charge there, they charge high prices like professional cake bakers while they not any of that. I'm really disgusting with the treatment I got from this ghost maker. Their business is all about money immediately after they receive your deposit you are being treated like **** while you paid with your hard earned money. Alot of nonsense is happening here . This shop must be really checked. I don't even wanna mention the drunk worker we found there at their shop. I remember the previous day before getting to fetch the cake the baker switched their phone or blocked my numbers and when I went to fetch it it was the same story. Later on the same day the baker decided to bluetick me. Fellow black people always wants to be supported but the service they give to their customers is horrific and pathetic.
