vodacom

after i complained here n hello peter about vodacom i relieve a call from vodacom and they sent my phone to the repair store which was Tigervelley then on the 14th i receive a call from my insurance and they did approved that they will pay the amount that they asked for but i have to pay the additional amount of R300 and i agreed to pay for it but later on the 15th i receive an sms saying that my phone will be send unfixed they declined it that was the last time i had about my phone the worse part it I'm not in cape town to do the follow up and ask about my phone and its been two months now they having it and I'm really tired to waste my airtime and call them and they not even replying on my emails i really don't know whats wrong with vodacom and they make think otherwise about renewing my contract all i need is my phone either they fix it or not. I booked in my phone in century city vodacom store the one is on upper level on the 05/08/15 and today's date is 29/09/15. I'm really tired of all this vodacom insure.
