Serious lack of s****s

Norman Runesu (trading as Mishnor Construction) was contracted to paint and tile ****tle mosaic strip) a bathroom and enclose a balcony. The bathroom is in a state, peeling and cracked paint. The balcony was done with sub standard aluminium window and sliding door (also wrong size). Inside and outside walls are plastered skew, the sliding door had to be installed at an angle to look centered. No cupboards can be installed due to the gap between the top and bottom. Tiling on the step had to be redone as some tiles had the top overlapping the side, and others the side overlapping the top. Steps were build 4cm short leaving a gap on the left side, when confronted the size of the tiles were blamed, they were bought after it was built. External plastering is shocking, after two attempts to fix. First attempt was poking holes with a garden fork. The window sill bricks are not even close to evenly spaced..overrunning by weeks..making promises and not delivering..excuses..passing the buck...
