Rude! Worst Customer Service EVER!!!

My husband went to fetch my dress & they told him they gave it to someone else by accident. With no apologies the owner MISHAH said she will drop it at our place the evening. I call after hearing what happened &she is abrupt (no apology) with a things like this happen, deal with it kind of attitude but ensures me she will drop it after 8 the evening. 9:20pm arrives but still no dress.I call, she tells me that the lady who has my dress went out but she will get it. I told her I would have appreciated a call&she said she was going to call but she was waiting on the lady but things like this happens. I told her I get that but I would have appreciated a call. She's running a business she should have her ducks in row. She yells & says she has like 5 customers with my name & shes not just sitting around doing nothing. I told her I know that and she screams at me & throws the phone down in my face. She was rude & obnoxious! Over powering my voice & not even giving me a chance to speak. As if I don't have the right to ask about a garment ordered and paid for two weeks prior! I was more upset about the way she dealt with the matter than the fact that she gave my dress to the wrong person.
