READ BEFORE BUYING EXTENSIONS FROM MISH BEAUTY BAR!!! CAPE TOWN

If I could give zero stars for the lies I was told and bad service I got I would give it. I got hair extensions from Mish Beauty Bar. I was interested in buying Strands of Love when someone referred Michelle to me. She assured me that the hair quality is just as good as Strands of Love(SOL) and SOL is only a name. She advertised the extensions to be of use for 9-12 months. At first I was so happy. I told everyone about my amazing extensions and recommended Michelle. This unfortunately didn't last very long. Extensions grow out, so after 4-6 weeks you need to get them moved up. I got mine moved up by a Strands of Love hairstylist as it was closer to where I'm staying. The hairstylist at first thought I have SOL, but when she looked at the hair she asked, "Is this SOL, because this then should have been a bad batch". Very paranoid I asked her why and she immediately took a photo of the tape to show me how the tape is loosing hair. I immediately called Michelle and her team to tell them how thin my hair now feels and that the hairstylist says the tape is not that of good quality. Michelle only advised me to buy more extensions and that they can't do anything else for me than that. After the second time I moved it up (8 weeks after I initially bought them) the tapes almost ripped in halves so weak it was. I went to Michelle and she and Cheldré didn't take any blame for their bad product, but rather put all the blame on the hairstylist that moved my hair up. They said they can't take any responsibility for someone else's bad work. Apparently she(the SOL hairstylist) strecthed the tape. After feeling extremely unwelcome in Mish Beauty Bar, because when I tried to speak to Michelle she didn't even look my way as she has no respect for me as client. She kept asking what I want her to do with an awful attitude. She finally offered to move my hair up at no cost so then she can see what's really going on with the tape. On the appointment she repaired only two sandwiches of 10 sandwiches, also they repaired ALL the tapes. No, I'm not referring to the glue, the tape itself. All my tapes felt and was new. Two days after my extensions got extremly brittle and dry. This is now 4/5 months after I bought my extensions. I went in to Mich Beauty Bar and they had a look. They said I must use mayonaise, it will help to moisturize the extensions. Please note that I used the right shampoo and conditioner for extensions. At installation Michelle said I need to moisturize it now and then with ANY moisturizer. So I bought a hydrating mask. Didn't work at all. In the mean while 4 weeks went by I got my extensions moved up again by Michelle. I told them again about my extensions feeling dry and brittle and two of them fell out so I showed Cheldré that the tapes are loosing hair AGAIN. She said she will speak to Michelle. I called 2-3 times, WhatsApped them, finally after about more than a week Michelle replies saying I need to buy a Brasil Cacau treatment from them at costprice R270 (Is this realy cost price?). I almost used the whole pot and the hair is still brittle as ever. My tape looses a lot of hair. Michelle is refusing to help me or even apologize for her very bad product. She is blaming it on the aftercare, but my aftercare was 100% correct as I'm holy on my hair. I went to almost five different salons and they can't believe their eyes if I'm telling them my extensions is only 6/7 months old. Mish Beauty Bar never even apologized once. Please don't fall in the same trap I did.
