Replaced broken strap

I bought a Misfit for my son whilst travelling overseas. Was a bit worried as there is no supplier in South Africa and was not sure what would happen if anything went wrong. The clasp on his strap broke very soon after getting it as his birthday gift. I emailed Misfit and within weeks it was replaced at no cost to us! <br> <br> It has broken again - rough sportsman - but would like to commend Misfit on excellent client service and a great product
