Not Happy with A Good Brand

I recently ordered goods form Misfit Munchies and was highly disappointed in what i received. I did not like the conduct of business between myself and the owner as she did not understand what i wanted. A seemingly professional establishment which has a good product that has let me down as it was for mother's birthday. I had to have another cake, in such a short time made and spent more money. I never asked for money back or stated that i was displeased but i was. I have given it a bit of time to think about this but it has bugged me and i do think a customer should pay for what they ask for and request. I won't be going back to Misfit Munchies anytime soon.
