I wanted to know details, so messaged the website and received replies. On 13th Dec placed order because my cat was not well and ate only a particular brand not easily available. The website said products will get delivered within 5-7 working days. I regularly checked their website for update. After 17th,there was no update. Website just kept showing order is being processed. The website doesn't have any contact number. Now there is no response to any emails or messages sent via the website.
