Paid for goods but no delivery.

I ordered two items from these guys over a month ago.... got an email to say thanks for the payment. On one email I got a tracking link that says the goods have left Spain and has arrived in South Africa.... nothing since then. I've tried emailing them, email gets bounced. Tried googling their contact details and emailing ********** and the email gets bounced as the address doesn't exist. Sounds like these guys are well organised ************.
