No Delivery

I placed an order with Miscota on 29 June and received an e-mail with the tracking details. The parcel was apparently coming from Spain and would arrive at the end of July. By the 25 August I had not heard anything and the tracking seemed to be stuck on 20 July. I received a new tracking number and diverted to another tracking site that told me my parcel was now coming from the Netherlands. It is now 20 Sep (3 months later) and I have had no response from Miscota on my follow-up queries. They were quick enough to take my R487 and are still sending me advertising to please buy again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - IT IS A ****.
