Horrible experience! Website has zero contact details, this is suspicious! I made a payment on an order and 3 weeks later when I finally got hold of an email address I queried my delivery. They said the day after my order, the “system” cancelled my order and I will PROBABLY get a refund. I received no response when I asked for a telephone number, so I rep**** to them asking the obvious question - if they received my money and they are in a position to refund, why don’t they just courier my order? I received a reply, same as the day before, the “system” cancelled my order and I will PROBABLY get a refund. What nonsense! I’m still waiting for the refund. *******! Do not ever order from Miscota!
