Miscota pet food

An awful company to do business with. They sell animal feeds, toys, etc. They are based in the Netherlands and used a base in Spain to handle my order. I purchased three products and paid for them using my credit card, which was not a problem and they took the money off without a hitch BUT...when I queried why they left my street address off the address for delivery address they told me that the parcel had been despatched and they would not help me one step further. I then wrote another email to ask them to please contact their handlers in Spain to ask them to rectify this or even for contact details for me for the company handling the order in Spain so that I could get my address rectified because without a street address in South Africa, my parcel COULD NOT be delivered and this is what was returned via email...failure to deliver because....The response from the remote server was: 454 4.7.1 ********** Relay access denied This company has NO PROBLEM taking your money but have ZERO INTEGRITY!!! Please warn potential buyers.
