Damaged ladders and bad attitude

Bought a cage from Mischief pet products.received it on 23 June 2015.opened the box while courier guy stood by...the cage is perfect but saw one ladder broken.then after a while i saw the other ladder was broken aswell and other one looks like it was welded together.tried phoning supplier without any luck..put on social media about bad service without mentioning the suppliers name.i was so badly treated by Anneri and her friends were they actually defended the wrong to the right...3 ladders are broken and now the want to refund me only for one....and sadly got a mail were they say that they dont want to do business with me....cannot believe that one buys goods and then gets such bad service were u r threatened by words such as they will make a case against me if i put on social media that they give bad service...unbelievable...never in my life will i ever buy goods from them again.
