Disgusting after sale service

<p>Absolutely disgusted bought a nappy bag from Mischi a month ago had to return it for the straps to be fixed and it was returned with cracks in the nu leather that weren't there and the company now say sorry nothing they can do and ignore emails!I will not accept this the bag was expensive and only a month old and did not have these marks when sent to them!What can I do now that they are just ignoring any communication hand them over to the consumer???</p>
