Deposit Refund-Misa Property Solutions

Bad service from Agent Ncumisa Ndlakuse from Misa Property Solutions. I rented property at 37 Clyde Street,unit 6Thedmar Court , Central,6001.

I terminated my lease after my initial period I'm writing and she acknowledged the cancellation. I gave a months notice as per the lease agreement,on 1 June 2018 the property was vacant as per agreement with her.

An inspection was done on the 3 June 2018, which I did not get any feedback on with regards to her findings she kept quiet and ignored my communication to her until the 8 June 2018 where she notified me about the deposit refund process of 21 days ,which in understood.

Today it's the 28th day and still no feedback from her,she ignored my communication with her on 26/06 and 27/06 .

Im writing this hoping it get the relevant people s to resolve my query.
