Excellent Customer Service from Mirua

With so many solar companies in S.A, people looking for solar installers are spoilt for choice. Having done some research for a company with high service standards and competitive prices, Mirua came out tops. I initially made enquiries with them in January this year for a solar system and they were very helpful with information and quotes. I was doubtful on whether to go ahead with solar and put in on hold. This month after the municipality increases on electricity and the projected increases for the years coming I decided to proceed. Mirua's customer reviews were still very impressive and so was their pricing. I was gapped in for fitment of my system within three working days. The option they offered to pay the 75% deposit on the day of the fitment was a big plus to me considering the amount of ****mers out there. On the day of installation, two teams worked like a well oiled machine and my system was up and running by 15h00. After monitoring the system for two days I was not too happy with the one string of solar panels and approached them. Not many companies are on the ball when it comes to after sales service. Mirua once again came out tops and resolved the problem speedily to my satisfaction. Well done Ruan and team on excellent customer service. Keep it up and you guys will remain ahead on this fast moving market.
