I called 27 Jan 2016 to get a quote from Mirror Robe on cupboards.<br> Provided Sonia my details and she advised someone will call- \no one called \"<br> On the 11 Feb - at 9-30am -I was called by Glen to visit my home to provide a quote at 11am.<br> I was not consulted on the time -I was at work - so I had declined- and requsted a visit after 17h30<br> <br> Nobody called back thereafter- so I called the company back 22 Feb - Enquired if my business was not important- can I not get quote- from Sonia. I could see she was unhelpful/or lost- So I requsted to speak to the manager.<br> I was put through to Glen - asked the same question -( is my business not important and a I get a quote) Glens response was they are based in Selby and a distance for him to come out to where I live and he will end late at home after - 19h00.<br> So I enquired again - \"does Mirror Robe not want the business- and where is his client care/ ettique?<br> Glen response was \" Ya Ya Ya whatever ... \" cut the call<br> Really in this period of our economy can a company not value business- this company does not!"
